Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your booking

• More than 7 days before your tour date, full refund, no fee.
• 48 hours to 7 days before, 50% refund, or move your booking to another available date at no charge.
• Less than 48 hours before, or no-show, no refund, as the seats and reservations are held for you.

Rescheduling

One free date change is available up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. Just email or text us, the sooner you tell us, the more likely we can find a date that suits.

Weather

Tours run rain or shine, and we always have indoor alternatives. If the ferry service is cancelled because of extreme weather, or we cannot safely operate, you may choose a rebooking or a full refund.

Late arrivals and missed ferries

Our day is timed around vineyard and restaurant reservations. If you miss your ferry, contact us immediately and we will do our best to adjust, but we cannot guarantee the full itinerary and no refund applies for time lost.

Cancellations by us

In the rare case we must cancel, illness, vehicle issues, or a venue closure we cannot substitute, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Private tours, groups and La Cucina

Private tours, retreats, private dinners and bookings of eight or more require 14 days' notice for a full refund, as venues, chefs and produce are committed ahead of time.
